My journey in the RV sector has been marked by significant contributions to both independent dealerships and larger multi-site operations. As the current General Manager at A to Z RV Supercenter in Ocala, Florida, I've had the privilege of spearheading the dealership's significant evolution and shaping its strategic direction. In just a short time, we've grown from a small team with a modest inventory to a thriving dealership with a significantly expanded team and inventory, and we're currently undertaking an ambitious expansion project to further enhance our capacity. I've been instrumental in structuring the processes and procedures across all departments, laying the foundation for efficient operations, robust profitability, and sustainable growth.
Prior to my role at A to Z RV, my tenure at The Great Outdoors RV Superstore saw me play a crucial role in their impressive expansion from a single location into a multi-site powerhouse. During this period, I was a key contributor to securing a dominant 28% market share for their flagship location in a highly competitive landscape. A strategic initiative I championed, the establishment of an indoor showroom adjacent to Bass Pro, successfully extended the RV sales season and broadened our market reach, demonstrating my ability to identify and capitalize on unique opportunities.
My experience also extends to the larger RV group, Optimum RV, where I served as the National Service and Parts Director. In this capacity, I successfully guided each of their locations to achieve profitability within their fixed operations, consistently driving the Ocala location to surpass $1 million in revenue monthly. While I possess a comprehensive understanding of the critical role of service and parts in overall dealership success, my inherent drive to cultivate holistic growth, encompassing sales, finance, and above all, exceptional customer satisfaction, ultimately led me back to a more agile and entrepreneurial setting.
Joining A to Z RV Supercenter just 11 months ago, I immediately recognized the immense potential for growth.
